We Have Great News For You!!

We have finally opened our doors to you again. 

We have implemented lots of measures to keep our returning clients as safe and comfortable as possible. 

 May we kindly ask that anyone entering the salon wears a face mask.

 We will disinfect your shoes before you enter.

 We will take your temperature.

 And we will ask that you wash your hands before we start your treatment.

 In turn all staff will have a temperature test before they begin work.

 We will be wearing face visors at all times.

 And we are disinfecting all treatment rooms and areas after every treatment.

 All hard surfaces and handles are disinfected on the hour every hour.

 And finally we are taking precautions to stagger appointments where possible.

Treatment Policies

All treatment times are approximate and include preparation, consultation and relaxation. In order to make the most of your visit, please ensure you arrive 5/10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow time to record your needs and details. Any late arrivals may result in having the treatment time reduced, as a courtesy to other clients whose treatment follows yours. Unfortunately reduced treatment time will still be charged the full amount. Please inform us if you are pregnant, breast feeding or suffering from any medical condition or illness that may be relevant to your treatment.

Deposits

A 50% deposit of the treatment booked is required for your first appointment to the salon in order to secure your booking.

Card Payments

All major Credit Cards/American Express/Debit Cards accepted. There will be a 3% charge applied to all Credit cards.

Cancellations

Please note that we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your appointment for changes or cancellations to any treatments or courses booked otherwise a 50% fee will be incurred.
